RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please get in touch and I will try my best to resolve any issues.
Most of the rings can easily be resized, and chains on pendants can be lengthened or shortened.
- All earrings are non refundable due to hygiene reasons.
- Customised items are non refundable. This includes any item with a personal engraving, or custom design request.
All non personalised items can be refunded (except for earrings), and must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order in their original condition with all packaging and promotional materials, and must be sent 'tracked' or 'signed for'.

Once items have been received and are checked for signs of damage, a refund will be issued within 14 days.
If items are returned in a none saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange request and ship any none saleable items back to the customer.
Item(s) will only be fully refunded if returned in the same condition as received.
LATE OR LOST DELIVERIES
If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to chase it up with Royal Mail.
We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of dispatch (30 days for international items) - this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost.
International delivery - When items are sent to another country, parcels are often handled by more than one postal service, which unfortunately can cause delivery problems. When we send a parcel to another country, the actual delivery of the item will be the responsibility of the postal service in the country the items are going to.
